Norm McCallson

Norm McCallson has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 17 years and holds an advanced level certification from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine.

In 1993, Norm was Coach of the United States Power Lifting Team where he traveled to Sweden and Finland for International Competition.

Possessing the title of Sports Fitness Specialist as well as being elected in 1995 a Professional Member of the National Academy of Sports medicine are his greatest accomplishments. His continuing education includes:

Norm is the owner of Supreme Fitness, a Personal Training Studio he opened in Irvine, CA over a decade ago in 1996. Norm currently works with individuals of all fitness levels, however, he specializes in athletic performance. He has worked with Olympic athletes as well as World Record holders.

The number of Athletes that have attained athletic scholarships under Norm’s supervision is extensive. Currently he trains athletes at Stanford, USC, ASU, UCLA, Pepperdine, LMU, UCI, Utah State and the Air Force Academy just to name a few. Norm has worked closely with Olympic Swim Coach turned Head Swim Coach for USC, Dr. Dave Salo. He also works hand in hand with Coach Charles Lee. Charles has been a Running Coach since 1968 and is the Head Coach for the Irvine Cougars and founder of Football U.

Very few individuals like Norm have the unique gift of motivating their clients while keeping the training fun and challenging. With his expertise and obvious love for the job it becomes apparent why Norm has been a Top Trainer in the industry for over 17 years.

Julie Gardosik

Julie has been involved in sports and fitness for 17yrs. And is now a full time Fitness Trainer

Certified from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI)
Works with a wide variety of clientele ranging from sports specific training, to weight management.
Specializes in rehabilitating injuries and restoring muscle atrophy.
Strength and Conditioning trainer for girls water polo at Mater Dei High School.

Julie has been a trainer at Supreme Fitness for 4 years. She brings 17 years of sports and fitness experience to our facility. She excelled in many sports in high school and when she continued into college she started modeling to help pay tuition. “I found myself spending a lot a time in a gym to stay in shape and loved it.” This influenced her choice in courses and she started taking classes in anatomy, biomechanical science and exercise science. When she graduated she enrolled in the National Personal Training Institute where she received her certification as both a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Nutritionist. Since then she has broadened her knowledge by taking courses from the International Dance and Exercise Association.

In her years as a fitness instructor she has had great success in rehabilitating clients after injuries such as knee, neck, back, hip and ankle. She has also achieved equal success and enjoyment from general fitness clients that want an overall full body training program including, abs, cardio and all of the specific muscle groups to the extreme client which involves boxing, slide board, heavier weights, tough core work and air disc for incredible balance. Her continuing success with various types of clients encourages her to further her education to be able to turn anyone’s workout into a lifestyle.

Working under the expertise of owner Norm McCallson, Julie has developed a variety of very effective training methods to ensure that the workouts will be not only fun, but targets clients individually while achieving great results.

Cheryl Fukuoka

Eddie Priesand

Eddie Priesand was born and raised in Cleveland , Ohio and has lived in Orange County for almost three years. He grew up playing all sports and excelled at football and basketball in High School. As a collegiate basketball player at the College of Wooster , he began lifting weights and studying resistance training and nutrition. Eddie has a Masters Degree in Sports Management from Cleveland State University and became a certified personal trainer while pursuing his graduate degree. He has been a personal trainer for over 5 years and holds two different certifications.

Eddie has worked with youth and adults in a sports and recreation setting for over ten years. He is committed to the fight against child and adolescent obesity and can help assess, treat, and provide the tools needed to lose weight and live healthier. Eddie shows clients new and exciting exercises to use while targeting different muscle groups each workout. His clients range in all age groups and body types. His background in coaching, athletic supervision, and fitness expertise allow Eddie to give clients the motivation they need to reach their goals and live a healthy lifestyle.

Mike Damato

Mike is a new addition to our facility. He brings with him his love and passion for health and fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds his certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. Along with his enthusiasm for health and fitness, Mike also attains a high degree of discipline and dedication. All due to the United States Marine Corp. While in the USMC he was in charge of working in the Remedial Physical Training Program; helping marines meet and maintain height/weight standards. Mike has had numerous weight loss and strength training success stories in the past and it is the ability to make a difference in peoples general overall health that he is most inspired by.

Alexa Dickerson

Alexa has been a certified trainer for 5 years now. Growing up in Orange County, she always had a passion for fitness and especially for running. While in high school, Alexa competed in distance track and cross country. After high school, Alexa attended Cal State Fullerton, where she majored in Kinesiology and immediately got her personal training certification through the National Council of Strength and Fitness.

Once out of college, Alexa fell in love with Crossfit and got her Crossfit Trainer Certification. She loves to constantly vary her client's workouts with different types of functional movements (squats, deadlifts, presses, running, ect..) so they not only become stronger and leaner, but also to teach them how to move safely and efficiently. Alexa also loves to push her clients to work at a higher intensity, however never at the cost of improper form.

Alexa is still an avid runner regularly competes in a variety of races ranging from 5k to 100 mile ultra marathons. She has also obtained her Crossfit Endurance Certification and loves to train athletes for endurance events.
