Consulting a personal trainer is highly advised if you are new to exercise and are uncertain what steps to take. Trainers can advise the safest, most effective ways to reach your goals in the most efficient time.

Each individual is different, what works for one person may not work for another Keeping this in mind we measure your current fitness level, and design a thorough training program, including weight training, cardiovascular exercise and flexibility.

Sport Specific


If you are a weekend warrior or an elite athlete the training priciples are the same You must get your body to perform at it's highest possible level while staying injury free. At Supreme Fitness we understand the importance of building a strong structurally sound athlete, we do this by starting from the ground up starting with an assessment of the athlete, it is critical to understand and address the weak links of an athlete before designing a specific program. At Supreme Fitness we take these steps to assure our athletes stay safe and are able to reach their greatest potential.

Norman McCallson currently works with many high school college and Olympic athletes. As well as teaches sports performance classes for personal trainers.
